The components of a Model for Improvement

 


    
  Customer service is deep, and the more you pursue it, the better it gets. However, if you follow the basics firmly, I think you can provide customer service that pleases everyone, regardless of whether you are a veteran or a newcomer. 
  The reason why I chose those 5 components is it is very basics. I created this infographic because I believe that acquiring these skills will lead to better customer service.
